SkinTē offers shipping through UPS and USPS to the continental US. Shipments are retrieved from our warehouse Monday through Friday.  We want you to be happy with you purchase!

If your package does not arrive, or you have any concerns with your shipment once it arrives, please contact our Customer Service team at onlineorders@skinte.com  (Please include order number in the subject line.) 

Refunds

Any refund requests must be received by SkinTē within 45 days from the initial order date.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package is damaged or your order is incorrect, we may require photographic evidence to help document the issue and process a replacement. These requests must be received within 7 days of package delivery date.  

Discounts & Promotions

Promotions and coupon codes are valid for a limited time. SkinTē reserves the right to cancel, suspend or decline promotions at our discretion. Coupon codes cannot be combined and only one code is allowed per transaction. Limited time promotions may have terms that fall outside of these stated terms. Order Changes / Cancellations 

Please email onlineorders@skinte.com within 3 hours after placing your order if you need to change or cancel for any reason. Any cancellations or modifications received more than 3 hours after the initial request will not be applied.
