  1.       Cut cheese & apple in equal-sized cubes
  2.       Slide piece of each onto knotted toothpick

 

Black Raspberry (pairs well with gin)

  • Ina Garten’s Rosemary Roasted Cashews
  • 1 pound roasted unsalted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  1.       Preheat oven to 375
  2.       Place the nuts on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until they are warmed through. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, pepper, sugar, salt and butter in a large bowl. Toss the warm nuts with the rosemary mixture until the nuts are completely coated. Serve warm.

 

Green Tea Grapefruit (pairs well with tequila)

Elizabeth’s simple guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Fresh lemon wedge
  • Kosher salt
  • Raw veggies OR chips for dipping
  1. Slice avocados in half, remove the pit, scoop out flesh and add to mixing bowl
  2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and add a pinch of kosher salt (more if serving with veggies, less if serving with salted chips)
